Get your business out of your head and into a system, in two days.

The Founders Workshop is two days in Greeley where trades and service owners build a working AI system for their own business. You will walk out with six operating documents and a 21-day plan to make it work right. We build it in the room, with you.

$1,500  $1,000 for Evans members · 40 seats

Don’t believe it’s worth it by lunch on Day 1? Walk out, Full refund.

Hi, my name is Sean, and I built a business that almost ate me alive…

I also run a nonprofit egg farm and work with at-risk youth!

Six years convincing myself the answer was working harder. It wasn’t. The deliveries got done because I was doing them. The quotes went out because I wrote them. The team showed up because I was there before sunrise at 6 a.m.

From the outside it looked like I’d made it. From the inside I was one bad week from a crisis nobody in my Chamber would have guessed at.

If you’ve ever stood at the kitchen sink at 11 p.m. doing the math in your head and not telling your spouse the answer, I’m talking to you.

I’m not going to pretend I figured this out on my own, then try to bless you with something. I’m telling you because I watched myself, and half the folks I respect in this city do the same thing for the same reason. We all think the answer is spinning one more plate. It isn’t.

Working harder is what creates a trap, and won’t get you out of it.

01 • The Problem (and it's not you)

You didn’t sign up to be the bottleneck

You started this business to be your own boss. Somewhere along the way, it flipped.

Now the business runs you. Every quote waits on you. Every problem comes back to your phone. Your crew can’t move without your say-so. The office can’t answer a customer the way you would.

You haven’t taken a real week off in years. Maybe not since you started. A bad month is one payroll problem away from a real one.

You’re holding your business together and it works, just enough.

This workshop is two days to fix the cause of that.

02 • What This Is

Two days is enough to transform your business... if you know what to do

What this workshop is

  • A business workshop that happens to use AI. Not an AI class.

  • Two days building a working system trained on your actual business: your trade, your numbers, your customers.

  • You leave with a finished thing: your AI workspace, six operating documents, a 21-day plan.

  • Business first. AI is just the tool that makes it fast.

  • Your prompts, in your voice, for your trade.

  • Built for owner-operators doing $100K to $1M a year, a few years in, but have become the bottleneck..

What this workshop is NOT

  • Not a class on ChatGPT. You leave with the thing built, not just tips and tricks on how to build it.

  • Not tips and tricks you’ll try someday. It’s a build, not notes.

  • Not done-for-you. You build it, with us guiding. That’s why it’s yours and not ours.

  • Not for the idea stage or pre-revenue. There’s no business yet to build the system around.

  • Not for someone who can’t clear two full days. Half-attending gets you half a system.

If you own a real trades or service business and it runs through you, June 4 and 5 will be two of the most useful days you’ve spent on it in years. If you’re not there yet, save your money. We mean that.

03 • What You Get

What you leave with on Friday at 5 PM

This isn’t a workshop you take notes at. Everything below gets built by you, in the room, over the two days.

The Core Build

Your Freedom Business Engine

An AI workspace that holds your whole business and answers real questions in your voice. “Write the follow-up to the Henderson quote.” “What should I hand off first?” Built around your trade and your numbers.

1 • Business Snapshot

The all-on-the-table truth of your business today.

2 • Bottleneck Map

Exactly where the business runs through you and stops.

3 • Offer and Revenue Map

How you make money now, and where the easy wins are.

4 • Customer Ops Playbook

How a customer gets handled, start to finish, written down.

5 • SOP & Delegation Map

What’s stuck in your head, captured so someone else can do it.

6 • 21-Day Action Plan

Your first three weeks, in order. The thing you run Monday.

The Long Term Habit

Daily and Weekly Scorecards

One page, once a day and week: the habit that keeps all of it running instead of sitting in a folder.

Most owners have tried to write one of these once, years ago, giving up when the hours they take appear to outweigh their worth. You walk out with all six, and an AI powered engine to run them all with you.

04 • the schedule

How The two days run

Everything below gets built by you, in the room, over the two days.

Day 1 • Thursday, June 4th

See It Clearly

We map your business as it really is today. By the end of Day 1 you’ve built your Business Snapshot and your Bottleneck Map: the exact picture of where you’re trapped and why.

Most owners say this is the first time they’ve seen their whole business on one page.

Day 2 • Friday, June 5th

Build The Way Out

We build the rest. By 5 PM you have the other four documents, your finished Engine, and the 21-Day Action Plan you start Monday morning.

You leave with the plan you’ve been trying to write for five years.

Doors at 9:30 both days • Breakfast & lunch covered • Bring a laptop... that’s it

05 • the Instructors

Who you’ll be in the room with

Robert Macbeth

Robert builds the systems behind the workshop, and behind plenty of businesses that never see a workshop: Lead generation, follow-up, and revenue automation that get owners out of losing leads and doing everything by hand.

He's spent 9 years at this, building funnels, chatbots, and revenue workflows for businesses across car dealerships, restaurants, retail, jewelry, and law (including seven-figure firms). He designed the Freedom Business Engine and the two-day build.

His job in the room: make sure you leave with systems that actually work in your business, not notes.

Sean Short

Sean built his own way out of the exact trap this workshop fixes. He's a Greeley business owner who knows what it is to build a business by hand and then become the thing it can't run without.

He built a lead-nurturing system inside an AI powered workspace that filters and qualifies his own incoming leads; screening out the tire-kickers so the calls that reach him are real ones, ready to get to work. It lets him carry far more leads, book better calls, and still keep his hands on the work in his own business. He builds the way an owner builds: for what actually works on a real day, not on paper.

His job in the room: hear what you actually mean, the way someone who's sat in your chair does, and help turn it into systems your business can use.

Two owners, in the room with you, for both full days. Not a stage and a slideshow.
